What makeup formats do you manufacture?
We manufacture liquid-format makeup products only. Foundation, BB/CC cream, liquid concealer, lip gloss, lip balm, liquid highlighter and liquid blush are our areas of expertise. Powder products, pencils or mold-based products (lipstick bullets, eyeshadow pans, etc.) are outside our scope.
What is the minimum order quantity for makeup products?
MOQ is 300 units for lip gloss and lip balm, and 500 units for more complex formulas such as foundation and concealer.
Can you develop custom shades?
Yes, our cosmetic chemists can develop custom shades and pigment blends specific to your brand. We offer color matching services for shades outside our standard range.
How many shades can you produce for a foundation?
We can produce more than 20 shade variations from a single formula base. Each shade undergoes separate quality control and spectrophotometer measurement.
Do makeup products require dermatological testing?
Yes, under EU cosmetics regulations all our makeup formulas undergo dermatological testing and stability analysis. Patch test reports for sensitive skin and allergy testing are prepared.
What packaging options are available?
We offer glass or plastic bottle with pump for foundation, tube with applicator for concealer, doy-pack tube or bottle with brush applicator for lip gloss, and tube or pot packaging for lip balm.
