Report your return request within 48 hours of delivery.
2 Approval
Your return request will be evaluated within 2 business days.
3 Shipping
For approved returns, shipping cost is covered by MKN Group.
4 Processing
After product inspection, refund or exchange is completed within 5 business days.
Important Information
Returns are not accepted for packaging products in cases of customer error. Requesting a sample before placing an order is recommended.
1. General Principles
MKN Group fully complies with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and related regulations.
2. Cosmetic Packaging Product Returns
Damaged products must be reported within 48 hours. Returns of custom-made and customer-approved products are not accepted.
3. Cancellation of Contract Manufacturing Services
Pre-production cancellations incur formulation, raw material, tooling, and 10% project management costs.
4. Cancellation of E-commerce and Marketing Services
The first 3 months is a commitment period. After that, cancellation requires 30 days written notice.
5. Payment Refund
Refund is processed within 5 business days after approval and product receipt.
6. Shipping and Logistics
For errors caused by MKN Group, shipping costs are covered by us. All shipments include cargo insurance.
7. Warranty and Quality Assurance
12-month warranty for contract manufacturing; 6-12 month for packaging. Improper storage and customer-caused damage are not covered.
8. Customer Rights and Responsibilities
Customers have the right to product information, samples, and quality control reports. Accurate order information and proper storage are customer responsibilities.
9. Contact and Complaint Management
Response time: 24 hours, return approval: 2 business days, payment refund: 5 business days, complaint resolution: 7 business days.
10. Special Circumstances and Exceptions
Obligations may be suspended in force majeure events. Special contracts apply for large orders.
11. Legal Framework
Law No. 6502, the Distance Contracts Regulation, and the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098 apply.
12. Policy Updates
MKN Group reserves the right to update this policy. Significant changes will be notified by email.
