How to submit a deletion request

1. 1Email: send an email with the subject “Data Deletion Request” to kvkk@mkngroup.com.tr. Include your Instagram username or Facebook profile name and the platform you messaged us on.
2. 2Direct message: simply write “Delete my data” to our Instagram account (@mkngroupofficial) or our Facebook Page.
3. 3Phone: call us at +90 531 494 25 94.

What data is deleted?

• Your Instagram or Facebook user ID (the page-scoped ID assigned by the platform)
• Your username, display name and profile picture link
• Messages, attachments and message timestamps you sent us
• Customer and request records created from these conversations (name, contact details, notes)

How your request is handled

1. 1When we receive your request, we may ask for a short confirmation to verify that the data belongs to you.
2. 2Verified requests are completed within 30 days at the latest, and your data is deleted from our systems or anonymized.
3. 3Once completed, we notify you by email or on the channel you used, with a reference number.

Records we are legally required to keep

Commercial records such as invoices, contracts and orders must be kept for the legal retention period under the Turkish Commercial Code and Tax Procedure Law. These records are kept only to meet legal obligations, are not used for any other purpose, and are deleted at the end of the period.
